The AHTU PMU @
Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for
Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child
rights movement since in 1979. These positions,
while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of
AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.
The MIS function
is critical to get a realistic view of operational quality of SHTU PMU. The MIS
function will be responsible for data collection, analytics, preparation of
regular and ad hoc reports etc.
Hands-on
experience with MS Excel is absolutely a must for this function. Exposure to
webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.

of large volume data from multiple stakeholders.

Languages
Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
Work Location
The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka
Pul, Hyderabad. There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state
for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be
provided as and when the need arises.
Compensation
The gross remuneration budget is INR 35 thousand per month.
Initial Tenure
The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The
initial employment will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will
determine continuity of service, year on year.

Skills Required
- Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS function (not Data Entry).
- Experience in collection and aggregation of large-volume data from multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Excel (If/Nested IF, AND/OR conditions, PivotTable & PivotChart, Text to Column, Advanced Find & Replace, HLOOKUP & VLOOKUP, Data Cleaning).
- Experience in report preparation in Excel.
- Experience in making PPTs using various charts and tables.
- Experience creating online forms for data collection (e.g., Google Forms) and generating live reports via Google Sheets.
- Proficient in MS Word including Mail Merge.
- Office basics: folder and version management, auto backup to cloud, advanced file search.
- Preparing periodic statements and routine MIS deliverables.
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
- Willingness to work on-site at Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad; occasional inter-city travel within the state.
- Age should be less than 45 years as on date of application.
