The AHTU PMU @
Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for
Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child
rights movement since 1979. These positions, while
operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA,
with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.
The AHTU PMU has
provision for a small call centre. This call centre will contact various
stakeholders and collect information and feedback periodically. The call
centres shall also be responsible for the following activities:
1. Capturing data on Rescues,
awareness and other activities held across the State by AHTU teams
2. Following up on status of
filing of Compensation claims etc.
3. Creating support tickets for
various support required by field teams engaged in Rescue of Child victims of
Trafficking
The call centre
will be manned by Tele Calling Executives with prior experience in outbound
voice process:

Qualification
Any Graduate with not less than 2 years of
experience in a domestic or international call centre, voice process.
Age
Should be less than 45 years as on date of
application.

Experience in Outbound Calling and filling of
data in online form/ platform.
Skill Sets
1. Call Centre Voice Process related skill sets,
including call control, query management, probing, and other related
etiquette.
2. Keyboard Proficiency- 40WPM 100% accuracy on
laptop.
3. Basics Computer Proficiency:
a. Printing
b. File Management
c. Excel Basics
d. PPT Basics
Languages
Should be fluent in Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi
is preferred.
Work Location
The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka
Pul, Hyderabad.
Compensation
The gross remuneration shall be up to ₹25 thousand per month,
commensurate to experience.
Initial Tenure
The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The
initial employment will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will
determine continuity of service, year on year.
