Lead planning and execution of large-scale campaigns for India, manage budgets, stakeholders and vendor contracts, ensure legal compliance, monitor results and knowledge sharing, recruit and lead the campaign team, and build strategic partnerships across sectors.

Support the Assistant Manager in PR activities: maintain media lists and relationships, pitch stories to English and vernacular outlets, attend and cover events, track media coverage and analytics, conduct media research, manage guests/influencers, and draft press materials and communications.

Lead and execute primary and secondary research on child protection issues: design protocols, collect and quality-check data, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prepare reports, and support stakeholder consultations while supervising interns and coordinating operational tasks.

Lead content strategy and editorial management: write and edit English content, manage publishing for India for Children, liaise with media, translate policy into accessible pieces, coordinate outreach, and guide contributors to boost visibility.

Provide legal research and on-demand legal opinions for investigators and prosecutors on criminal law matters; prepare and maintain legal information kits for victims; liaise with AVA legal back office, experts and prosecution teams; draft and review litigation documents. Back-office role with no routine court presence.

Manage the Compensation Helpdesk, aggregate compensation data from multiple stakeholders, prepare Excel reports and periodic statements, coordinate with call centre and district stakeholders, maintain data hygiene and file/version management, and support live webform-based reporting.

Lead and execute end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, learning and development, HR reporting/analytics, and compensation administration to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with organizational safeguarding and mission.
