Design, build, and operate the AI storage layer for GPU-heavy edge and core deployments. Architect and optimize storage for distributed training and inference, integrate storage with Kubernetes (CSI), tune performance (RDMA, NVMe-oF, GPU Direct Storage), lead reliability and operational practices, and provide staff-level architectural ownership and cross-team influence while executing hands-on storage engineering.

Design, develop and integrate building management and controls for modular datacenter MEP systems. Own control architecture, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, protocols, vendor review, FAT/SAT commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior controls engineers while aligning with cybersecurity and IT requirements.

Lead end-to-end MEP design and integration for large-scale (50–300 MW) HPC/AI and modular data centers. Design MV/LV electrical, high-density liquid cooling and plumbing systems, perform system-level studies (power, thermal, hydraulic, CFD), ensure code compliance, collaborate across disciplines through design to commissioning, develop standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead financial modeling and business case development for land and entity acquisitions for AI data center sites. Build deal models including acquisition, financing, development phasing, power economics, and returns. Drive financial diligence, translate technical and legal inputs into investment assumptions, prepare executive decision materials, and support negotiation and cross-functional execution with Land, Energy, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Finance.

Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles: prospecting, relationship management, opportunity development, closing deals, and collaborating with pre-sales/product teams to meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Design, implement, test and optimize electrical and control systems for AI datacenter products. Develop PLC control logic and embedded C software, produce electrical schematics and BOMs for mass production, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and provide diagnostics/support to minimize downtime. Collaborate across NPI, QA and manufacturing teams to industrialize products and improve cost and reliability.

Own design, deployment, and operation of high-performance AI GPU fabrics and datacenter networking (RoCE, RDMA, BGP/ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN). Provide staff-level architecture, cross-team technical leadership, incident escalation, automation (Python/Bash), and operational standards for global datacenter and edge deployments, including inter-datacenter transport and security.

Lead global IT/OT strategy and teams for data center infrastructure, driving IT/OT convergence, uptime, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational excellence across design, build, and operations.

Design, develop, and validate electrical and control systems for Direct Liquid Cooling products, including PCB schematics, wiring harnesses, power distribution, sensor networks, communication interfaces, and system integration. Perform validation, reliability, and safety testing, support prototype bring-up and troubleshooting, ensure UL/CE/IEC compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with suppliers, and produce documentation (schematics, BOMs, test reports).
