Provides customer service and office administration for a propane distribution team. Responsibilities include fuel inventory management, purchase reconciliation, customer billing, sales orders, bills of lading, data entry, closing tasks, scheduling, paperwork, and general projects. The role requires accurate multitasking, communication, business math, computer skills, and flexibility for varied schedules. Occasional driving, physical handling of boxes, background screening, drug screening, and driving-record checks are required.

Provides office and customer support, including fuel inventory management, purchase reconciliation, billing, data entry, closing tasks, driver reports, paperwork, scheduling, and inventory reconciliation. Requires strong communication, organization, business math, computer skills, and customer service. The role is primarily office-based but may involve driving, lifting up to 35 pounds, and variable evening, weekend, or holiday schedules.

Manage customer credit agreements and payment activity, investigate and resolve disputes, assess credit risk, recommend solutions to underwriting, negotiate payment plans, meet monthly B2B/B2C goals, provide customer service, and support team operations and administrative projects.

Manage customer retention and growth via inbound/outbound communication, order entry, pricing management, delivery coordination, and proactive sales within an assigned book of business. Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, delegate internally, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.

Inside sales representative responsible for sourcing and qualifying B2B leads, maintaining prospect database, supporting regional outside sales, meeting sales targets, and selling fuels, lubricants, cardlock services and DEF within an assigned territory.

Perform sales and use tax compliance including preparing and e-filing returns (Fuel, Sales, Use, WA B&O, regulatory fees); ensure federal/state/local tax compliance; respond to jurisdictional notices and inquiries; maintain tax setups in PDI; prepare month-end tax accruals, deferrals, journal entries and reconciliations; support state reporting (Low Carbon Fuel Standard); communicate with agencies and auditors; drive process improvements and support cross-divisional interaction.
