Work with product, designers, architects and developers to discover and map AS-IS processes, model TO-BE processes in BPMN 2.0, produce source-to-target data mappings, define interface/API and event contracts, refine user stories and acceptance criteria, validate technical feasibility, and support QA and UAT.

Coordinate with sales, agents, LPICs, HRD and DMO teams, prepare reports for supervisors, join operations meetings, and support price/condition negotiations. Requires strong communication and language skills.

Generate leads and manage MICE client relationships: assess needs, create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate internal teams to deliver events, track sales in CRM, attend industry events, and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Drive non-Europe destination revenue by developing travel agent accounts, prospecting new clients, attending trade shows, consultative selling, negotiating deals, managing account performance (DSO/AR), coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues, and meeting sales and profit targets.

Provide end-to-end HR generalist support for Hungary (with extended Eastern Europe support): recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, Workday/HRIS management, payroll integration and accuracy, employee relations, compliance with Hungarian employment law, occupational health & safety, and employee engagement activities.

Lead design and development of high-performance Java/Spring Boot backend systems and microservices. Drive API design, database integration (JPA/Hibernate), Kafka messaging, caching, security (auth0/Spring Security), CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and mentor the engineering team to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Sell and design tailor-made trips to Japan: consult clients via multiple channels, create itineraries, meet sales targets, handle invoicing, collaborate with operations and marketing, participate in events, and provide 24-hour emergency duty.

Drive sales and account management for destination services: identify and win new accounts, manage agent relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, enforce T&C, forecast and meet revenue/profit targets, collaborate with operations to resolve issues, attend trade shows, and support internal sales strategy and reporting.
