About us

At Kuoni Tumlare, we design and deliver exceptional travel experiences through a comprehensive

portfolio of destination management solutions. With over 100 years of experience, we serve a global network of partners by offering series tours, educational trips, MICE events, and more.

For a new platform that will replace our 4 legacy enterprise systems, we are looking for Technical Business Analysts to join our Agile teams. We are looking for an analyst who thinks across business and technology, who can hold their own in a trade-off conversation with developers, and who use dedicated AI tools as part of how they work, not as a buzzword.

What you will do

  • Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews together with the Designer and Product Owner.

  • Map AS-IS processes, including the messy ones nobody ever documented properly.

  • Mine legacy systems to surface real pain points, when applicable.

  • Model TO-BE processes in BPMN 2.0.

  • Produce source-to-target data mappings and define data flows and transformation logic across integration points.

  • Define interface specifications and contribute to API and event contract design with architects and developers.

  • Validate technical feasibility and push back on designs that do not fit the process.

  • Refine user stories and acceptance criteria precise enough to build from and test against, edge cases and failure paths included.

  • Validate business logic in working increments and keep documentation current as decisions change.

  • Support QA on test scenarios and UAT.

What we expect

  • 3+ years as a Technical / IT / System Business Analyst on complex information systems.

  • SQL at working level: joins across tables, data profiling, reconciling counts across systems. When the answer is not documented, you go to the data yourself.

  • Define interface specifications: the operations, request/response payloads, error states, and event structures each integration point needs to support, then work with architects and developers to validate and finalize the contracts.

  • Experience producing data models: logical models, ER diagrams, entity and attribute definitions, source-to-target mappings.

  • Every BA we hire uses AI tools as a core part of how the work gets done, not as a productivity gimmick. We want analysts who already use AI to accelerate their work and know where it helps and where it leads you astray.

  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum).

  • English B2+ (written and spoken, for international teams and stakeholders).

What we offer:

Global Brand: Opportunity to work in an international environment

Stability: 100 Years at the top of our field and still pushing into new territory

Progression: We reward high performers and look to promote key talent internally

Learning and Development opportunities for growth and Upskilling

A Supportive Management Culture and autonomous working environment

Company Wide Bonus Scheme

Dedicated Employee Engagement Activities

Flexible & Hybrid Working

Annual Awards and Recognition for high Performers

Friendly and Collaborative work environment
