Manage end-to-end post-booking holiday operations: confirm bookings within SLAs, handle client pre-travel support and escalations, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, and liaise with accounts for payments, refunds, and supplier payouts to ensure flawless travel experiences.

Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat for flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and disruptions. Coordinate with airlines, GDS, and internal teams, follow fare rules and SOPs, document cases, and meet quality, productivity, and turnaround benchmarks to maintain high customer satisfaction.
