Develop brand-consistent creative concepts, collaborate with marketing and product teams, manage project timelines and budgets, mentor junior designers, oversee freelancers or vendors, present work to clients, and support design recruitment. The role also requires staying current with design trends and iterating on creative work to improve engagement.

Creates social media content, campaign copy, concepts, captions, and reel scripts; researches audiences and trends; supports brand strategy, content calendars, pitches, and brainstorming. Collaborates with designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver timely, brand-aligned communications across digital and ATL campaigns.
