We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our revenue pipeline. In this role, you will take ownership of managing lead flow, executing multi-touch nurturing strategies, and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional verbal and written English communication skills and hands-on operational expertise in HubSpot CRM. You will act as the critical bridge between marketing-generated interest and active sales cycles, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Flow & Pipeline Management: Efficiently process, segment, and route incoming leads within HubSpot; maintain strict CRM hygiene, lifecycle stage tracking, and data accuracy across all contacts

  2. Lead Nurturing & Engagement: Build and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach cadences (cold/warm calling, targeted email sequences, LinkedIn messaging) to re-engage stalled prospects and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

  3. Qualification & Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect pain points, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority; identify fit and convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) or booked demos for Account Executives

  4. HubSpot Optimization: Leverage HubSpot tools - including automated sequences, task queues, lead scoring, and pipeline dashboards—to maximize daily outreach volume and conversion efficiency

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance, while coordinating seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure frictionless handoffs

  6. Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline generated


Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Native or fully fluent professional English (written and verbal) with exceptional presentation, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

  2. CRM Mastery: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot for sales outreach, contact management, pipeline tracking, and sequence automation.

  3. Sales Track Record: 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or sales development (B2B SaaS or professional services preferred).

  4. Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, persuasive, and customized outreach copy that drives high open and reply rates.

Mindset & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

Skills Required

  • Native or fully fluent professional English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
