Translate customer requirements into functional and system specifications, design and document configuration solutions, perform unit testing, support data migration and reporting, ensure timely delivery and handover, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align implementations with the product roadmap.

Lead the France country unit to drive financial performance, customer relationships, team development, and operational excellence. Own P&L, strategy translation, market analysis, go-to-market alignment, upselling to key accounts, delivery and customer success oversight, staffing, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
