Supports Treasury Management products and services, including customer assistance, onboarding, implementation, transaction processing, lockbox operations, risk reviews, reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination. The role collaborates with internal departments and bank officers, resolves customer and employee issues, assists with training and presentations, and supports merchant services and business development activities.

Manages residential mortgage disclosure, closing, funding handoff, and post-closing workflows. Reviews disclosures, fee tolerances, title and settlement information, closing documents, investor delivery packages, MERS registrations, and trailing documents. Coordinates with mortgage advisors, underwriting, title companies, funders, investors, custodians, borrowers, and compliance teams to resolve issues, meet regulatory and investor deadlines, and maintain accurate loan records.
