Leads software engineering teams and initiatives, overseeing cloud applications, architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, secure development, testing, deployment, production support, and vendor management. Partners with product and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise applications and digital products while managing team capacity, performance, talent development, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage information security governance, risk, and compliance across multiple business entities. Maintain the ISMS, coordinate ISO 27001 certification and audits, assess technology security posture, monitor controls and vulnerabilities, oversee third-party risk and compliance remediation, support data protection activities, and lead security awareness, reporting, and governance initiatives with senior stakeholders and external providers.

Maintains financial records and daily transactions, supports month-end and year-end closing, and manages accounts payable and receivable. Performs bank reconciliations, monitors cash flow, prepares management accounts and financial reports, and supports VAT, statutory compliance, and audits. Coordinates with internal teams, maintains documentation, and contributes to finance process and control improvements.

Manage debtor collections, accounts receivable aging, weekly credit meetings, principal reporting, and standard operating procedures. Complete monthly income and balance sheet reconciliations, manage petty cash and miscellaneous collections, and prepare tax, VAT, stamp duty, and other statutory payment schedules and returns. Liaise with government authorities and support timely financial reporting and compliance.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: process and verify supplier invoices, reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, perform month-end AP activities, ensure compliance and accurate records, support audits, monitor performance, and identify process improvements.

Handle petty cash postings, bank receipts and transfer confirmations, monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, shipping agency cost reporting, deposit refunds, cheque processing, vendor invoices, payments, and audit support. The role requires adherence to Group accounting procedures, accurate financial recordkeeping, and collaboration with Shared Services and management.

Leads warehouse operations, supervises teams, manages client and supplier relationships, resolves complaints, prepares operational reports, conducts supplier evaluations, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, SOP, and audit requirements. Acts as the authorized representative for warehouse transactions while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers to meet service standards and customer expectations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, orientation, training coordination, and other HR operational and administrative duties. The role requires maintaining confidential employee files, supporting hiring activities, identifying training needs with department heads, and organizing staff development programs.

Support employee engagement and recognition programs, organize events and orientation, develop communications and training plans, coordinate implementation and reporting, and collaborate with departments to identify training needs and improve engagement metrics.

Prepare and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger; reconcile bank statements; support internal and external audits; perform additional finance duties as assigned.
