Coordinate vessel arrivals/departures, clearances, cargo operations, invoicing, equipment inventory, and container evacuations while liaising with port authorities, agents, and customers to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Handle invoicing and accounts receivable activities: validate and resolve billing, monitor outstanding balances and credit limits, manage customer master data in ERP, support receipting, prepare bad debt analyses and balance sheet reconciliations, and produce periodic AR reports.
