JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Handle daily petty cash postings accurately in line with Group guidelines and procedures.
Ensure accurate bank transaction receipting and timely transfer confirmations.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Record and report Shipping Agency costs through the principal’s system.
Assist the Shared Services team with container deposit refunds and process fresh cheques for stale cheques.
Record vendor invoices and prepare payments in line with Group procedures and approval requirements.
Provide timely and accurate information and support Internal and External Audits.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
6 passes at GCE or London O/L with "C" for English and "A, B or C" pass for Mathematics AND
Minimum 2 passes for A/L's OR successful completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course with minimum 1-year experience in accounting filed.
Part Qualification in Professional Examination – CA/CIMA/AAT/ACCA.
Advance knowledge on Microsoft office packages and knowledge on SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
Self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills.

Skills Required
- Six GCE or London O/L passes, including a C in English and an A, B, or C in Mathematics
