Provides welcoming front-desk service for clients, visitors, vendors, and community members. Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, connecting people with services, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling conference rooms, supporting basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks, maintaining organized common areas, and assisting with meetings, events, and projects. The role is part-time, in-person, and requires fluent English and Spanish communication.

Provide administrative and operational support for development and communications: process donations, maintain donor records and acknowledgements, assist with fundraising campaigns and events, create communications and promotional materials using Canva and Microsoft Office, prepare reports and presentations, manage donor database, and collaborate with staff to support fundraising and community engagement.

Lead and execute annual fundraising strategy and daily development/communications operations. Manage donor stewardship, campaigns, grants support, events, donor database, reporting, and community partnerships. Cultivate relationships with board members, volunteers, donors, and partners while producing fundraising materials and impact reports to advance the organization's philanthropic goals.
