The Role
MWC is seeking a warm, dependable, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of connection for clients, family members, community partners, vendors, and visitors.

What You’ll Do
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will help create a welcoming, professional, and organized environment for everyone who connects with MWC. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, and community members
- Answering and routing incoming calls and providing general information
- Connecting individuals with the appropriate MWC programs, services, or staff
- Managing mail, deliveries, conference room scheduling, and reception materials
- Supporting basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks
- Maintaining an organized and welcoming front-desk and common-area environment
- Assisting with meetings, events, and organizational projects as needed

Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous front-desk, receptionist, customer-service, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral-health, or client-centered setting is a plus
Schedule and Availability
This is an in-person position scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week during MWC’s regular business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening availability may be needed to support organizational meetings or special events.
