Develop, validate, and maintain credit risk models (PD/LGD/EAD). Analyze credit data, perform model backtesting and stress testing, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with risk and analytics teams, and support model implementation and monitoring in production.

Reconcile domestic and cross-border transactions, monitor transaction flows to meet SLAs, investigate discrepancies and failed payments. Support AML checks and suspicious transaction reporting, maintain audit trails, and ensure regulatory compliance. Use core banking systems (T24, Finacle, OCBC platforms), assist with system testing and enhancements, and participate in process improvement. Coordinate with branches, regional teams, treasury, compliance, and IT to resolve issues and provide operational support during peak periods or outages.

Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, focus groups, interviews), manage projects and timelines, perform ad-hoc analyses, and present data-driven insights to align consumer needs with business solutions.
