Lead and design PMO governance, set measurable outcomes, drive performance management for leaders, manage team budgets and audit documentation, organize workshops/events, and support management reporting to the Board.

Support AML checks and suspicious transaction reporting, maintain audit trails, and ensure regulatory compliance. Use core banking systems (T24, Finacle, OCBC platforms), assist with system testing and enhancements, and participate in process improvement. Coordinate with branches, regional teams, treasury, compliance, and IT to resolve issues and provide operational support during peak periods or outages.

Develop, validate, and maintain credit risk models (PD/LGD/EAD). Analyze credit data, perform model backtesting and stress testing, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with risk and analytics teams, and support model implementation and monitoring in production.

Manage and grow partner relationships: identify opportunities, onboard and enable partners, coordinate internal teams, track partner performance, and support joint go-to-market activities to drive revenue and engagement.
