Support project engineering activities from conceptual design through construction and startup. Lead enterprise internal communications strategy and execution to engage corporate, field, and frontline employees. Develop multi-channel content, partner with HR and leadership for change communications, create toolkits and measurement frameworks, and optimize communications for non-desk audiences.

Lead and mentor a payroll tax team ensuring compliance for a 10,000+ employee workforce. Oversee multi-state and international payroll tax filings, deposits, reconciliations, audits, agency notices, vendor relationships (e.g., ADP), and collaborate with Accounting and Treasury on accruals and remittances. Drive process improvements, system updates, and support expatriate payroll functions.

Perform piping stress and flexibility analyses (ASME B31.1/B31.3) using CAESAR II; specify and evaluate engineered supports and nozzle loads; prepare stress reports; perform field surveys; coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients; manage schedules, budgets, and provide project status reporting.

Lead creation of high‑impact graphics, infographics, presentations, and short-form video/audio optimized for social and internal channels. Support marketing, proposals, and executive storytelling with motion graphics, branded assets, and platform-specific adaptations while managing multiple projects and ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

Perform mechanical engineering tasks for EPC projects: specify and review vendor documents for pressure vessels, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers; perform equipment and piping calculations; specify piping materials; conduct field surveys; attend project meetings; and potentially lead mechanical scope including schedule, budget, and reporting.

Drive and track pre-delivery document submittals to meet contract and project schedules. Prioritize and expedite supplier documentation, analyze supplier performance, participate in engineering and project expediting meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, escalate ongoing issues, and provide stakeholders regular status updates. May embed at fabrication sites or jobsites and travel up to 25%.

Design and analyze chemical process systems: produce PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, process simulations, and equipment datasheets. Size and rate pumps, vessels, exchangers, and relief systems; perform hydraulic and flare header analysis. Prepare instrument and line lists, process descriptions, and participate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews. Support projects as an individual contributor and present technical information to clients and peers.
