Drive lead generation, prospect outreach, product presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures. Identify and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, conduct initial sales meetings, nurture prospects through follow-up, tailor proposals, and independently manage standalone sales activities while coordinating support for complex deals.

Produce insight-driven research on global e-commerce platforms including sector reports, earnings commentary, recurring research, and client-facing deliverables. Manage day-to-day operations for the AI Council: maintain member CRM and attendee lists, coordinate meetings and speakers, support annual conference planning, track engagement/renewals, and partner with marketing to execute campaigns and documentation. Build repeatable processes and improve CRM/project workflows to ensure timely, consistent member and event execution.
