AI Council Growth Lead

Location: Remote (US time zone overlap required) 

Reports to: COO 

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Associate to support and help scale the AI Council (AIC), Coresight Research’s senior executive community focused on AI in retail and consumer industries. 

This role sits at the center of community operations, member engagement,event execution and marketing coordination. You will own the day-to-day operational engine of the Council and support the planning and execution of the annual AIC conference.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on detail, structure and follow-through—and who enjoys working with senior executives and cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

1) Member Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with AI Council members, prospects, sponsors and key industry contacts.
• Keep members engaged between meetings through regular communication, thoughtful follow-ups and targeted outreach.
• Track member participation and identify opportunities to deepen engagement or re-engage inactive members.
• Support senior leadership in managing important member and executive relationships.

2) Growth & Business Development

• Identify and engage prospective members, sponsors and strategic participants to support AI Council growth.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of prospects, opportunities, follow-ups and next steps.
• Partner with leadership and sales teams to identify opportunities across membership, sponsorship, research, advisory and events.
• Ensure timely follow-through on leads and opportunities generated through meetings, introductions and events.

3) Council Operations & Reporting

• Manage key AI Council operations, including member lists, contact records, calendars, meeting preparation and follow-up tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of membership status, attendance, engagement and relationship activity.
• Build and maintain practical trackers, workflows and processes to improve consistency and accountability.
• Provide regular updates on member engagement, pipeline activity, follow-ups and key opportunities.

4) Programming & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support monthly AI Council programming, including agendas, speakers, discussion topics and member participation.
• Coordinate with Research, Events, Marketing, Sales and leadership to ensure meetings are well prepared and aligned with business priorities.
• Translate ideas and priorities into clear action plans, timelines and next steps.
• Help ensure every AI Council interaction is organized, relevant and valuable for members.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in account management, client success, partnerships, business development, executive communities or membership programs.
• Experience working with senior executives and managing professional relationships.
• Background in retail, technology, research, advisory, events or innovation-led environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
