Lead eCommerce analytics strategy and implementation. Own reporting and dashboards (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio), maintain client- and server-side tracking, analyze digital channels to improve conversion and revenue, deliver insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership, and collaborate with IT and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate data capture and optimization.
