Follow detailed project guidelines, use basic computer tools and reliable internet, and deliver accurate, consistent outputs on a flexible remote schedule.

Review and validate text transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and linguistic consistency across multiple languages. Follow project-specific quality guidelines, complete required training and assessments, and work independently to maintain high transcription standards.

Provide L2/L3 technical support to Thai-speaking users for ~200 .NET/SQL Server business applications via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues, handle escalations with engineering, maintain tickets and knowledge base, deliver clear user guidance, and recommend recurring-issue improvements.
