Designs, develops, builds, commissions, qualifies, and troubleshoots PVD equipment, especially magnetron sputtering systems for magnetic thin-film deposition. Leads equipment architecture decisions involving vacuum, gas and power delivery, magnetrons, and target assemblies. Supports R&D and manufacturing, resolves plasma and film-uniformity issues, collaborates cross-functionally, maintains equipment documentation and preventive-maintenance procedures, and implements reliability improvements and upgrades.

Design, develop, and implement PLC-based controls for PVD inline and cluster tools; integrate sensors, HMI/SCADA, motion and safety systems; troubleshoot remotely and onsite; collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams; document ladder logic, I/O maps, and safety protocols; support customer integrations and upgrades (~25% travel).

Lead process development and continuous improvement for grit blasting, surface preparation, and automated coating in a 24/7 automotive manufacturing environment. Drive yield, OEE, and quality improvements through APQP/NPI, 8D problem solving, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide hands-on technical support, documentation, and metrics reporting.

Lead and grow a major thin-film photovoltaics customer relationship, owning account strategy, sales, pricing, and cross-functional coordination. Support technical, operations, and procurement stakeholders, drive revenue through program wins and volume growth, manage proposals and negotiations, align delivery and forecasting with production schedules, and provide market feedback to product, R&D, and supply chain teams.

Serve as primary contact and strategic owner for a major clean-energy account. Grow revenue through upsell/cross-sell, manage long sales cycles, develop multi-year account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide forecasting and KPI reporting, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and manage complex projects across manufacturing, R&D, and product implementation. Develop project plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high quality.

Manage AR/AP, general ledger entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, inventory tracking and audits, tax support, and financial reporting for manufacturing sites while collaborating with management, operations, and R&D teams.

Drive equipment sales of PVD vacuum systems across the Americas, owning budget and forecasts, developing customer strategic plans, negotiating contracts, supporting order-to-installation project coordination, providing market intelligence to R&D and marketing, and maintaining customer relationships through frequent travel.

Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple schedules, ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance, produce payroll reports and reconciliations, maintain HRIS records, support onboarding/offboarding and benefits changes, and act as employee payroll/HR point of contact.
