Drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic account management, technical solution selling, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and pipeline management. Build relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, and technology partners while expanding sales of engineering projects, automation, equipment, maintenance, spare parts, services, and training programs. Collaborate with engineering, operations, projects, logistics, procurement, finance, and marketing teams to develop deliverable commercial solutions and support successful opportunity handovers.

Supports installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, upgrades, and compliance checks for industrial electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation equipment. Works under senior engineers and project managers on active bottling and manufacturing plant sites. Assists with project scoping, cost estimates, technical specifications, reports, service logs, and client proposal documentation while developing hands-on expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, automation, and industrial controls.

Coordinates daily training-center administration from candidate enquiry and registration through onboarding, attendance, assessment, certification, and follow-up. Manages calendars, trainee records, LMS profiles, scheduling, training logistics, client communications, corporate training engagements, reporting, feedback, payments, supplies, and administrative procedures. Serves as the primary administrative and client-service contact for trainees, candidates, trainers, partners, and corporate clients.

Drive revenue by developing strategic accounts, identifying and structuring opportunities, and selling consultative industrial and enterprise solutions. Manage CRM pipeline, create proposals, forecast, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution fit and successful deal closure. Monitor market trends and engage partners to grow client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC, HMI, SCADA and robotic systems in bottling and manufacturing plants. Provide on-site and remote client support, maintain service documentation, assist senior engineers with diagnostics and upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement, safety compliance, and cross-functional project delivery across multiple countries.
