Drive technical sales in industrial automation by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, coordinating proposals and bids, and managing client relationships and partner channels. Work with engineering, procurement, and delivery teams to tailor solutions, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM records, and report pipeline and market intelligence to support growth.

Pre-qualify contractors to provide mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering services including installation, fabrication, maintenance, calibration, HVAC/piping, electrical installations, transformer/switchgear servicing, panel building, PLC programming, automation/robotics integration, sensors/instrumentation, energy audits, and Industry 4.0 solutions for industrial/FMCG environments.

Lead multi-country engineering projects from planning through delivery: develop schedules and WBS, allocate resources, control budgets, manage SLAs and client relationships, enforce safety and compliance, mitigate risks, supervise teams, maintain documentation, and report project performance using PM tools.

Participate in engineering project coordination from design through commissioning: track project tasks, manage suppliers, raise ERP purchase requisitions, support cost/feasibility analysis, assist design verification, attend customer meetings, contribute to continuous improvement, and produce reports to meet KPIs and quality standards.

Drive revenue by developing strategic accounts, identifying and structuring opportunities, and selling consultative industrial and enterprise solutions. Manage CRM pipeline, create proposals, forecast, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution fit and successful deal closure. Monitor market trends and engage partners to grow client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Support development and execution of project plans; coordinate engineering teams; manage documentation, timesheets, and data; track progress and prepare status reports; assist proposals and project initiations; coordinate close-out and ensure quality and process compliance while acting as central stakeholder liaison.
