Manage North America payroll for 900+ employees (US & Canada). Oversee a team of three, ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, audits, timekeeping ownership, and process improvements.

Support finance through recurring reporting, KPI and variance analysis, financial modeling, and dashboards. Assist month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements. Present findings, identify cost savings, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Sell the companys insulation, adhesives, and HVAC product lines by researching customer needs, developing technical sales proposals, conducting presentations, closing deals, and meeting sales quotas. Maintain industry contacts, participate in forecasting and market planning, produce sales reports, and coordinate trade show participation. Travel frequently to support customer relationships and sales activities.

Lead month-end close and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for multiple entities. Maintain fixed asset schedules, prepare audit work papers, support ERP locations nationwide, analyze general ledger accounts, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Manage customer payments and account records, prepare daily bank deposits, process credit card transactions and refunds, research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries, reconcile accounts with Credit and Collections, run monthly reconciliation reports, and perform related administrative duties.
