Oversee daily talent acquisition operations, including recruiter supervision, ATS administration, screening workflows, workload distribution, funnel metrics, sourcing, and hiring process improvements. The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, variance analysis, GAAP compliance, internal controls, accounting process improvements, support for AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets, annual report filing assistance, and mentoring a staff accountant. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, in-office role in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Controller will build and lead the organization’s accounting and financial control infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing financial close, GAAP-compliant statements, consolidations, general ledger operations, cash flow, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, audit preparation, reporting, and accounting systems optimization. The role advises senior leadership, oversees risk management and insurance programs, coordinates regulatory filings, and partners with other departments on strategic financial initiatives.
