ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee the day-to-day duties of the Talent Acquisition team. 

  • Train team members on the use of the applicant tracking system, ensuring proper user permissions, template and requisition creation, and adherence to company policy and process guidelines. 

  • Monitor the application review and screening efforts of the recruiting team, identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, and addressing or escalating as needed. 

  • Works cross-functionally to troubleshoot and determine resolution for applicant processing in relation to company policy, state and federal employment laws. 

  • Reports analysis of ROI on recruitment, marketing, and advertising campaigns. 

  • Explore and pursue innovative sourcing solutions for critical needs or specialty areas when needed. 

  • Manage the distribution of workload using appropriate metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the application and talent selection process. 

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with hiring managers. 

  • Work in partnership with the medical management teams to facilitate teamwork to collaboratively accomplish organizational goals.  

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for process improvements as needed. 

  • Source and fill pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles when needed.  

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity of BUS plan and goals. 

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent work experience required.  

  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience required. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a TA Lead or manager role required. 

  • High volume healthcare recruitment experience preferred. 

  • Deep proficiency in tracking funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and utilizing dashboards required.  

  • Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools required.  

  • Experience working cross functionally with multiple departments required. 

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition lead or manager
  • Proficiency tracking funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and using dashboards
  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
