Provides administrative and technical HR support, including recruiting, applicant screening, eligibility reviews, interviews, background checks, benefits enrollment, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, employee files, reporting, and training assistance. Maintains confidentiality and accurate personnel records while supporting employee programs, student supervision, compliance, and cross-departmental service delivery.

Serve as the shelter’s first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, routing mail, maintaining records and schedules, and supporting office procedures. Help schedule employee coverage, maintain visitor security procedures, and provide basic care and transportation for shelter children as needed. Complete required screening, training, immunizations, and restraint certification.

Manage and supervise the student records team to ensure accurate, confidential student data. Oversee OASIS and CIS compliance, perform audits, reconcile travel expenses per DOL, provide student support, produce reports, and train staff while serving as the Center Accountability Officer and liaising with DOL and company officials.

Oversee Finance, Food Services, IT, Maintenance, Purchasing, Student Records and Wellness. Ensure DOL/Company compliance, budget and resource management, procurement and subcontract administration, facility maintenance, audits, staff supervision and development, student services quality, and community relations. Serve as integrity officer and may act as Center Director when needed.

Oversee regional center finance departments—provide support, training, reconciliations review, develop and improve financial reports, compile monthly contract performance summaries, and perform on-site assignments as needed to resolve issues and train staff.

Provide administrative and technical support to the center: research and reporting, clerical duties, communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintain systems and contract deliverables, prepare newsletters and minutes, organize work area, mentor students, and support cross-department activities.

Manage academic and career technical training programs, supervise Education & Training staff, ensure student progress and program completion, meet DOL/company performance goals, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, develop community partnerships, provide staff training and performance management, and support student behavior and success.
