Manage and grow assigned client accounts, drive revenue through upsell/cross-sell, lead renewals and negotiations, serve as primary client contact, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and maintain high satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end training programs including scheduling, logistics, facilitator and participant coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, and post-training evaluation. Support onboarding, develop learning materials, monitor training effectiveness, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
