Key Responsibilities
- Manage
and grow assigned client accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction

- Develop
and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Compulsory
SAM (Strategic Account Management) certification.
- Minimum
of 5 years’ proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar
client-facing role.
- Strong
knowledge of account planning, client lifecycle management, and revenue
growth strategies.
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven
ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency
in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
