Perform data entry, verification and auditing across systems; retrieve and compile information; produce standard correspondence; file and archive documents; escalate issues; may coordinate small team and support operational projects.

Perform data entry and retrieval with accuracy; audit own entries; respond to information requests. Support record-to-report processes including financial consolidation, preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR maintenance, analyze monthly results, and prepare materials for senior leadership. Must communicate in English and Spanish and pass proficiency, background, and drug screenings.

Administer and maintain development/test and production Oracle databases, including installation, backup/recovery, high-availability configurations, performance tuning, and scripting to support large-scale systems.

Provide front-desk and office operations support including reception duties, audio-visual services, space and event management, facility and equipment maintenance, safety and security reporting, and backing up the workplace lead.

Lead Oracle Agile PLM implementation and configuration across Product Collaboration, PQM, PG&C and Portfolio modules. Run workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, define workflows, data mapping and security. Capture integration requirements, design PLM solution, create PLM web content and wireframes, work with technical teams on HTML5/Bootstrap/Graphene deliverables, and support Agile sprint phases through go-live and warranty.

Require advanced, recent JavaScript expertise (not front-end). Foundational SQL knowledge including joins, sorting, filtering, grouping/aggregation. Familiarity with Java/.NET/C++ is helpful. Must pass background and drug screen.

Perform investigations and root-cause analysis on trapped parts to reduce on-hand inventory. Use MyWorkShop (MWS) to examine ECRs/ECOs, identify causes, provide recommendations, and collaborate with product lifecycle, engineering, and sourcing teams to drive remediation.

Design, develop, test, maintain and support Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) applications and ETL processes. Validate source data loads, improve ETL performance and data architecture to support BI and analytics. Design flexible data models, ensure optimal data flow, and collaborate with IT teams and end-users to analyze, troubleshoot, test, and enhance applications.
