Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, improve developer experience, and ensure UIs operate reliably in harsh field conditions.

Design, test, and debug electrical subsystems for autonomous machines: schematic capture and PCB support, power distribution, sensor and communication integration (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet), hardware bring-up and validation with lab tools, field troubleshooting, reliability testing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with software, autonomy, mechanical, and field teams.

Lead the system-level safety architecture and validation framework for autonomous heavy machinery. Define safety requirements, perform hazard analyses (FMEA/HAZOP/FTA/STPA), design redundancy and fail-safe behaviors, lead verification/validation (simulation, SIL, HIL, field testing), build fleet safety observability, and drive incident analysis and continuous learning across engineering and operations teams.

Design, develop, and deploy robust multi-sensor SLAM, state estimation, and automated sensor calibration pipelines. Build production localization and mapping systems for real-time edge deployment, integrate SLAM with perception, planning, and controls, and use field data to debug, validate, and improve system reliability in harsh, dynamic environments.

Lead global talent strategy and execution for a fast-growing autonomy company. Build and manage a high-performing recruiting organization, align hiring to engineering and business roadmaps, own employer brand and hiring operations, and use data and systems to forecast headcount, improve pipeline health, and place senior leaders across functions.

Develop, implement, and validate production-level control and learning algorithms (MPC, RL, IL) for real-world embodied robotic systems. Design experiments to improve robustness and adaptability, integrate AI control stacks with perception and systems engineering, and use simulation and digital twins to accelerate deployment.
