Deliver and document on-the-floor training for production associates, coordinate new-hire tryouts and orientations, develop curricula and reference materials, maintain training records in Alchemy System, evaluate training effectiveness and report KPIs, and ensure safety compliance.

Perform manufacturing financial analysis including budgeting, cost and variance analysis, month-end close support, new item setup in Adage, pricing and special project support, and reporting to drive cost savings and operational decisions.
