About the Role
Lopez Dorada Foods is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support our servers, network and user systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain servers, network equipment and user devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access
- Monitor systems for performance and security issues
- Perform backups, updates and patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems
- Provide technical support to employees
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures
Position may travel between Ponca City and Oklahoma City, regularly
QualificationsQualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of systems administration experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and firewalls
- Experience with virtualization and backup tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- IT certifications are a plus
Skills Required
