Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable C++ software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate advanced features, optimize performance for real-time, multi-threaded systems, write clean maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and contribute across the software development lifecycle.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks, QA pipelines, migration validation tooling, and end-to-end/integration/regression tests. Integrate test suites with CI/CD, track test coverage and quality metrics, and design automated migration validation and rollback strategies to enable frequent, safe releases.

Design and write standards-aligned ELA lessons, practice, and assessments for grades 3–6. Apply learning science and the science of reading, integrate motivational principles and AI tools, collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, and build scalable content systems and workflows for large digital content libraries.

Own and maintain release calendars for online and platform products; coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, design, content); run release ceremonies; define release gates and readiness checklists; track feature completion and QA sign-off; maintain release documentation and improve release processes.

Provide end-to-end travel and logistics coordination across multiple time zones and regions; manage complex calendaring, catering, and event logistics; troubleshoot travel issues in real time; partner with travel agency; serve as backup to Executive Assistant and Office Manager to ensure seamless administrative operations.

Lead the technical design vision and team for core systems and mechanics across platforms. Mentor junior designers, drive prototyping, improve tools and pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, art, and product to deliver scalable, maintainable interactive learning experiences.

Lead product vision and roadmap for evidence-based learning products. Translate learning science into features, run experiments and analytics, guide cross-functional teams, and prioritize to improve student and teacher outcomes.

Design, build, and operate highly available backend services for the Level platform (identity, privacy, publishing, social, games, telemetry). Own end-to-end service lifecycle, drive performance/monitoring/CI-CD, collaborate with product/design/education teams, and champion testing, security, and operational excellence.

Design and develop standards-aligned math content for grades 3-6, including pedagogy, practice exercises, assessments, and lesson sequencing. Apply learning science and instructional design to create scaffolded, one-on-one digital learning experiences, anticipate misconceptions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to efficient, repeatable content production systems.
