Sales Engineering Specialist supporting Sulzer Korea's Water & Industry principals. Provide technical expertise to prospects and customers, develop and execute business and marketing plans, process orders, manage quality documentation, negotiate technical/commercial/legal terms, find new customers, maintain market intelligence, contribute to sales/MIS reports, and travel for face-to-face customer engagement.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, profitability and CAPEX planning. Prepare consolidated financial reports, oversee period-end close, ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls, deliver analytics for collections and procurement, and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.

Support sales by providing technical expertise for TAS and revamping projects, pursue inquiries, attend bids and negotiations, manage customer relationships and territory targets across specified Chinese provinces, coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery, produce forecasts and reports, and report to senior management.

Provide front-desk administrative support: answer and screen calls, greet and check in visitors, manage mail/shipments and office supplies, maintain conference room scheduling and setup, perform clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry), deliver brief safety orientations, and assist other departments. Requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provide basic IT support: set up and maintain hardware/software, assist users, follow standard troubleshooting procedures, escalate to senior staff, and participate in a BBL apprenticeship program.

Lead regional business development by organizing and executing GDP initiatives, driving adoption of Salesforce/CPQ/SAP and BI tools, coordinating regional marketing, collecting and analyzing KPIs, supporting sales/channel development, managing forecasts and pipelines, and improving sales and service processes through lean practices.

Support Group Treasury with invoice collection, bank account management and reconciliations, balance and treasury sanity checks, FX/loan transaction uploads, intercompany reconciliation/netting, reporting to service providers/banks, and ad-hoc treasury tasks within a global team.

Manage daily accounts payable operations, handle supplier escalations, review payment proposals for compliance, monitor AP aging, assist with IFRS financial statements, drive process standardization, and support system implementation and optimization projects.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, reconcile billing data, support AR/revenue/aging analysis, month- and year-end close, generate billing reports, improve OTC processes, support audits and intercompany billing, and collaborate with project, sales, collections and analytics teams.

Build, maintain and control end-to-end project schedules for complex engineering/manufacturing projects using MS Project and SAP. Align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery; manage critical paths, dependencies and schedule risk; provide reporting, forecasts and schedule insights; and drive planning process improvements while influencing stakeholders.
