Build, maintain and control end-to-end project schedules for complex engineering/manufacturing projects using MS Project and SAP. Align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery; manage critical paths, dependencies and schedule risk; provide reporting, forecasts and schedule insights; and drive planning process improvements while influencing stakeholders.

Support Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting operations including data entry, reconciliations, journal entries, period-end and year-end closing, chart of accounts maintenance, intercompany reconciliation, and system implementation support. Perform data entry, assist shop departments with timely parts ordering, and support quotes, estimates, and special projects under close supervision.

Lead cross-functional, global strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence across Services. Conduct market and competitor analysis, support strategic planning and M&A processes, create executive presentations, and implement digitalization and footprint expansion projects while collaborating with senior leadership and regional stakeholders.

Lead sales strategy and growth for large rotating machines (HV motors and generators) across the UK. Build customer and internal engineering relationships, identify high-value opportunities with regional teams, influence market and product/service innovation, maintain pipeline, and meet ambitious sales targets through technical solution selling and aftermarket lifecycle services.

Lead technical tendering and bid preparation for major pump projects, coordinate with sales and regional stakeholders, mentor junior application engineers, analyze specifications, evaluate buy-out components, manage CRM data, and support commercial signoffs and regional sales objectives.

Support SAP CoE by implementing change requests, rollouts and projects for SD and PS; configure systems and master data, provide key-user training, develop/test/rollout SD/PS settings, and produce functional specs for RICEF.

Develop technical proposals and customized equipment configurations for wastewater treatment projects. Screen inquiries, gather customer requirements, create quotations, negotiate technical revisions, provide technical support, and review scope upon order. May meet customers onsite for specifications and pilot studies.
