Create and execute master and weekly production plans by converting demand into feasible production schedules. Monitor production progress, resolve scheduling issues, coordinate with production/sales/inventory, generate performance reports, and serve as backup scheduler to meet delivery KPIs.

Partner with maintenance and production to design and implement continuous improvement projects, troubleshoot equipment, perform root cause analysis, develop work instructions and CAD layouts, support equipment qualification/purchasing, and apply SAS for IoT to improve process quality and predictive maintenance.

Manage and grow assigned domestic and international accounts through relationship-building, prospecting, and selling Ulbrich metal products and services. Serve customers, identify opportunities, address technical specifications, collaborate with management, and develop profitable business.

Lead European sales strategy and business development for Ulbrich across all locations. Identify and capture new markets and customers, develop annual business plans, forecasts and proposals, collaborate with product, operations and senior leadership, attend trade shows, and apply metals industry expertise to drive sales growth and profitability.

Manage assigned accounts for Ulbrich Shaped Wire, building customer relationships, providing technical product guidance, preparing quotations, entering orders in Axiom ERP, resolving issues, prospecting outbound sales, and meeting sales targets while supporting lean and ISO processes.
