Front Desk Clerks monitor building access, verify guest identification, support resident and visitor interactions, answer phones, distribute mail, process rental payments, document incidents, inspect common areas, submit maintenance requests, and report emergencies. The role requires dependable attendance, shift coverage across multiple buildings, effective communication, professional boundaries, crisis-awareness, and customer service skills in a supportive housing environment.

Performs month-end close, year-end audit preparation, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, fixed asset analysis, and reporting for assigned properties. Handles complex transactions involving refinances, acquisitions, and construction projects; prepares lender and external reports; resolves accounting issues; and mentors staff accountants and new hires while ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, regulations, and US GAAP.

Promote and sell senior healthcare services to referral partners, build and maintain relationships, meet sales targets, provide training and support, collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance and compassionate service for older adults.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Counsel and Legal Department, managing calendars, communications, legal document preparation, meeting logistics, recordkeeping, statutory filings, and confidential information while supporting team projects and compliance processes.

Lead and close complex LIHTC and affordable multifamily real estate transactions. Negotiate, draft, and approve legal and development documents; advise Development on LIHTC/HUD/title/survey/closing deliverables; direct closing team and outside counsel; manage financial closings and billing; ensure compliance and resident rights; provide leadership and process improvement support.

Provide Tier 1/2 support and configuration for Yardi Voyager and RentCafe, maintain data integrity and compliance (HUD/LIHTC), manage integrations and reporting (SQL, ETL, YSR), assist with upgrades, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and training.

Support housing development origination by preparing financing applications, conducting market and financial analyses, coordinating third-party consultants, tracking project milestones, assisting zoning/entitlement and stakeholder outreach, and supporting internal presentations and closings.

Oversee daily operations of Permanent Supportive Housing, supervise staff, ensure HUD/CoC compliance, monitor occupancy and housing stability outcomes, coordinate with property management and community partners, promote Housing First and trauma-informed care, and support eviction prevention and resident engagement.
