Program Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

Location: Commons at Grant located in Columbus, Ohio

Division: Affordable Housing - PSH

Reports to: Clinical Director

Full time 40 hours a week

National Church Residences is seeking a Program Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to oversee the daily operations of supportive housing programs serving individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness. This leadership role ensures high-quality, person-centered services while promoting housing stability, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.

  • Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.

  • Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.

  • Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.

  • Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.
