Lead insurance transformation projects as project manager or business analysis lead; coordinate client project teams; mentor consultants; support practice development, sector watch, business development, and commercial proposals; participate in firm activities such as recruitment and events across health, savings, and P&C lines.

Lead payroll and HR administration transformation projects: support solution selection, scoping, RFI/RFP, audits, process optimization, strategy, organisation design, and change-management for Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR.

Work with consultants to design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions: define technical designs, configure identity services, develop scripts and automation, integrate with cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and support pre-sales efforts when needed.
