Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components using CAD (SolidWorks); generate BOMs; perform QC to prints; conduct site visits to verify specifications; collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and issue resolution throughout design and production.

Designs, programs, and troubleshoots electrical and control systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motion control). Develops control programs, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring schematics. Performs startup, debugging, and field diagnostics; supports customers on-site and off-site. Works with mechanical team on sequences and layouts, writes operations manuals, and troubleshoots communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Remote I/O, Profibus).

Support technical and commercial quotations for magnet systems and legacy press equipment, translate customer requirements into system concepts and cost inputs, coordinate across customers, partners, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing, manage proposal timelines, support project transition into execution, and assist with FAT/SAT readiness while improving quoting tools and processes.
