Develops and executes marketing strategies for products from portfolio startups. Supports the Finance team with administrative activities, filing reports and documents, vendor searches and engagement, accounting journal entries, and bank reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail, proactivity, multitasking, basic accounting software skills, and willingness to develop practical accounting experience.

Supports the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of web and mobile software applications. Writes clean code, troubleshoots bugs, works with databases, APIs, and third-party services, participates in code reviews and software testing, collaborates with cross-functional teams, documents technical requirements, and uses Git and GitHub under senior developer guidance.

Supports project planning, scheduling, coordination, implementation, and monitoring. Tracks milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, resources, and timelines; prepares reports and documentation; communicates updates; organizes meetings; follows up on tasks; maintains project records; and assists with evaluating outcomes and lessons learned.
