Handle a docket of California workers' compensation cases to resolution including depositions, client communications, drafting and invoicing, and guiding non-attorney staff. Work closely with a senior associate and support team to manage case workload, respond to inquiries, and participate in team activities to improve firm performance.

First-chair trial attorney handling employment and workers' compensation litigation from intake through trial and resolution. Duties include courtroom advocacy, drafting motions, discovery, witness preparation, settlement negotiations, supervising attorneys and staff, developing case strategies, coordinating experts, managing litigation budgets, and participating in business development.

Prepare and appear virtually at WCAB settlement and OSA hearings, maintain and update case files, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve Orders Suspending Action end-to-end, negotiate split fees, and meet weekly hearing-prep, OSA, and client-communication metrics.
