Own post-sale lifecycle for 10–20 strategic accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention through retention, expansion, and upsell. Lead weekly client calls, analyze campaign performance, advise on ICP, messaging, and sequencing, run onboarding and QBRs, translate client needs into briefs, and use HubSpot, Airtable, and AI tools for account health and growth.

Lead global Pipedrive architecture and automations, integrate sales and marketing tools, maintain data integrity, build dashboards, manage lead flows, support international sales teams, and document SOPs to optimize revenue operations.
