Lead and manage new and used vehicle sales team: forecast goals, hire/train/supervise staff, set targets, run meetings, monitor performance, assist dealer with inventory, promotions, compliance, and interdepartmental coordination to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Greet customers, identify vehicles to meet needs, demonstrate features and conduct test drives, explain pricing and complete sales paperwork, maintain customer satisfaction, perform follow-up, support lot upkeep, engage in business development, and address customer concerns.

Manage finance-related paperwork and customer follow-up for vehicle sales. Coordinate with finance sources, service department, and accounting. Ensure accuracy of titles, liens, taxes, and satisfaction forms. Maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers, attend managers meetings, and control daily operations and product cancellations.

Manage dealership finance processes: submit and obtain lender approvals, maintain lender relationships, ensure accurate paperwork, prepare finance penetration and forecasting reports, coordinate with sales and service, attend meetings, and meet monthly objectives and profitability targets.

Manage daily operations of the collision/body shop including staffing, training, SOP enforcement, budgeting, customer relations, quality control, parts coordination, billing, AR collection, regulatory compliance, and maintaining relationships with insurers and tow services.

Lead and manage new and used vehicle sales team: forecast goals, hire/train/supervise sales staff, set and review objectives, run meetings, ensure compliance, manage records, coordinate with other departments, assist with advertising and vehicle inventory decisions, and support closing deals.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using BDC scripts and CRM, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate system records, communicate between clients and dealership staff, and meet daily and monthly performance goals while following dealership policies.
