Provide general administrative support for the infrastructure operations team: manage calls, emails, purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, document drafting and proofreading, data entry and record keeping, produce site reports/KPIs, liaise with stakeholders, and complete routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks to meet deadlines.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, track milestones, ensure quality assurance, respond to information requests, liaise with clients, comply with H&S and company procedures, and support operational teams to meet monthly targets and improve technical processes.

Coordinate and manage the bid/quoting process: liaise with clients to capture requirements, produce accurate quotations, track bid data, use market intelligence to target opportunities, and proactively engage clients to maximise win-rate.

Lead the Ground Investigation business unit, manage budgets, improve operational efficiency and quality, grow In Situ testing capability and revenue, drive client relationships, bids/tenders, and business development while delivering strategic leadership.
