Lead and oversee all accounting functions including financial statement preparation, controls, reporting, audits, AP/purchasing oversight, system upkeep, staff management, and documentation of accounting processes to ensure accuracy and fiscal integrity.

Generate profitable new logistics business, manage and grow customer accounts, meet monthly sales targets, participate in RFPs, negotiate rates, use CRM to track leads, and collaborate with operations, carriers, and vendors to deliver service.

Manage and grow customer logistics accounts by coordinating shipments, negotiating pricing with customers and carriers, executing freight in a TMS, tracking deliveries, participating in bids/RFPs, and improving customer experience with market intelligence and tailored transportation solutions.

Support accounts receivable/payable, process invoices, apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, manage billing systems and customer portals, prepare Excel reports, and maintain accurate accounting records while communicating with internal teams.
