Own and grow Viktors community across Slack, Reddit, review sites and other channels. Drive onboarding, events, ambassador programs, feedback loops to product and engineering, and convert users into advocates to improve retention and public ratings.

Review incoming UGC videos in Frame.io against brand guidelines, creative briefs, and ad-platform policies (Meta/TikTok/Google). Provide timestamped, actionable feedback, track revisions and QA metrics, flag vendor issues, and work with creative and paid-media teams to keep production on-spec and policy-safe.

You will own full-cycle sales for an early-stage AI-driven SaaS product: prospecting, booking demos, running live product demos on prospect data, building the GTM playbook, and closing contracts while working closely with co-founders.

Lead end-to-end acquisition for an AI-native B2B SaaS: own paid channels, partnerships, experimentation, conversion funnel, measurement, and hiring playbook. Operate hands-on to optimize pipeline, CAC efficiency, and paying accounts while building a small growth team.
