Own and grow Viktors community across Slack, Reddit, review sites and other channels. Drive onboarding, events, ambassador programs, feedback loops to product and engineering, and convert users into advocates to improve retention and public ratings.

Own expansion and conversion for existing product-led accounts: identify over-usage from product/billing data, run consultative short-cycle sales, close upgrades, and build the conversion playbook alongside founders and CRO.

Own Google Ads end-to-end for a B2B SaaS/AI product: build campaign architecture, run weekly experiments, manage landing page conversion testing, implement measurement and attribution (enhanced/offline/server-side), report on CAC and pipeline, and document a repeatable playbook to scale the channel.

Own full-cycle recruiting as the company's first dedicated talent hire: source, screen, manage agencies, build hiring systems (Ashby, scorecards), instrument funnel metrics, and use AI to automate sourcing and ops to scale hiring from ~25 to 50–70 people.
