Provide HR front-line support: respond to employee inquiries via phone/email/in-person, process leaves of absence and government forms, handle employment verifications, liaise with Payroll, communicate benefits, maintain records, and perform general clerical HR duties under HR leadership.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot and repair computers and peripherals, assist with OS/network rollouts, manage spares and maintenance data, and supervise the Systems Administration team while coordinating vendors and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Plan, execute and manage casino promotions and special events, coordinate logistics and budgets, communicate with operating departments, supervise and train event staff, ensure regulatory compliance and secure collateral and supplies, act as MC when needed, and maintain vendor and budget controls.

Lead daily IT operations and supervise technicians to ensure SLA adherence and incident resolution in a 24/7 gaming and hospitality environment. Manage staffing, schedules, SOPs, audits, vendor relationships, and drive process improvements while providing technical escalation and operational coverage.

Manage day-to-day administration and deployment of compensation programs; partner with HR and business leaders to provide consultative guidance, conduct market analyses, design compensation programs, oversee salary planning and incentives in Workday, produce analytics and dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Supervise slot floor operations to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Manage, train, counsel, and discipline slot staff; enforce policies and procedures; handle cash, staffing, performance reviews, and incident resolution while adhering to gaming regulations.
